Katie Holmes cheekily pats new love’s behind as they CONFIRM romance

Katie Holmes confirmed her new romance with hunky younger artist Jason Bard Yarmosky as she cheekily patted his behind on a romantic NYC stroll this week.

The 47-year-old actress, who recently had a flirty red carpet display with Dawson’s Creek co-star Joshua Jackson, looked happier than ever as she wrapped her arm around Yarmosky, days after they were seen holding hands in the Hamptons.

Holmes was seen laughing and chatting with her new boyfriend as they headed to dinner and a party.

The Dawson’s Creek star, who was previously wed to Tom Cruise, looked chic in a red and white floral top and a black silk dress, paired with pumps. 

Last week, the duo were seen attending the premiere of The Invite in East Hampton.

The duo were seen arriving to the theater ahead of the screening and sweetly held hands as they stepped through the entrance.

The Daily Mail has reached out to Holmes’ representatives for comment, but has yet to hear back. 

An eyewitness told People that the NYC-based artist ‘was whispering in her ear, and she was laughing, they seemed very easy together and there was a smile on her face all night.’

The source added that they both ‘sat together during the movie, she had her head on his shoulder at one point. They looked very cute.’ 

Holmes and Yarmosky later made an appearance at an after party that same evening and mingled with close pals, per the insider. 

The artist was born in New York in 1987 and his work mainly focuses ‘on themes of aging, time, and memory – subjects the artist has been fascinated with since childhood,’ per his official website. 

Back in 2010, Yarmosky notably graduated from the School of Visual Arts in NYC with a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA). 

His artwork has been shown not just in New York, but internationally as well in cities such as Paris. 

The actress’s latest outing with the artist comes nearly four years after her split from Bobby Wooten III.

In April 2022, Holmes was romantically linked to the musician and the pair made a few public appearances together. 

However, later that same year in December, it was revealed that they had gone their separate ways after eight months of dating.   

At the time, a source told Us Weekly that the former couple ‘just didn’t work out together for the long run.’ 

The Hollywood star also briefly dated chef Emilio Vitolo Jr. from September 2020 until their split the following year in May. 

A separate insider said to Us Weekly that the romance ‘fizzled’ out and there had been ‘no drama.’  

Holmes and Vitolo Jr. still remain friends and ‘really enjoyed their time together – it just simply didn’t work out.’

Both Jackson and Holmes previously starred on the hit teen drama series, and had a short-lived relationship while filming the early seasons of the show.

Fans were left fawning over the stars as Jackson praised Holmes during an interview on the red carpet.

In a video shared to X, both he and the actress could be seen sweetly holding hands.

‘The time that we spent together when we were young is very precious to both of us,’ the actor expressed. ‘And [it] is, like, one of the core personal and professional relationships in my life.’

Jackson also reflected on having the opportunity to reunite and work with Holmes once again.

‘We had talked about [working together again] over the years, and then – I don’t think you’re giving yourself enough credit – because then she creates this beautiful space for the two of us to come back and work together and tell a beautiful story.

‘A hopeful story, a real human story, and, for me, I was both flattered and very excited to have the opportunity to come back and share this space with you after all of these years,’ he added as the two stars looked at each other.

‘I take it very seriously, and I want to do right by Josh. I have a great deal of respect. So I wanted it to be right.’

She added, ‘We’ve often talked about doing something again, but we never knew what. So it was really about that and agreeing to go for it, I suppose.’

Happy Hours was both written and directed by Holmes while additionally starring Mary-Louise Parker, Joe Tippett and Constance Wu.
